There is no exchange or return policy.
So compulsorily one has to forgo money.
I sent a mail asking guidance for Exchanging the product for a bigger size.. but never received any response

The quality of the shirt is as was promised on the website. Good quality and good material. Very comfortable to wear. I have placed an order for three more shirts. The shirts are very reasonably priced.
I would like to mention here that there is no acknowledgement of the product as soon as we place the order. The acknowledgement should be sent on the registered mobile and the email. We only get the intimation of the product about two days before delivery from the courier company. Not receiving any acknowledgement till delivery time, causes concern. There should be constant feedback from the time the order is place. This will restore some confidence about your office.

The cloth material is good but the sizes are not to the standard size. So they are tight to my body and i did not find for returning the Kurtha and shirt . Paijama is ok . please solve my problem so that you can improve your business
The shirt is excellent.... The quality of the shirt is great and the colour is also good...it appears exactly the same as it is here ( of course there will be slightly different in terms of colour due to phone's screen light) but overall no one will be disappointed.
I was highly satisfied with quality,fitting, material of your shirts purchased by me in my name or my wife's name in last 7/8 months. But this time I found deviations from your side, I ordered for half sleeves but you have delivered full sleeves which I came to know after opening the packet though on the label of the packet was also mentioned as half sleeves.This was not expected from you! Good range, wrong shirt delivered, poor replacement process
1. Wrong colored shirt delivered
2. Timely return pick-up
3. No news for 8 days about replacement/refund
4. Required constant follow-up including email to CEO
5. Service team responded that the returned shirt had not been delivered back to them by their courier even after 8 days!!
6. They claim to have sent the replacement w/o receipt of original shirt as an exception
7. Original shirt finally rcvd - full delivery cycle took about14 days
8. Is a good fit, quality can be ascertained only after a few washes
